What Plus includes
NeuroDiary Plus includes encrypted sharing and sync between approved devices, encrypted cloud backup, and one manually requested AI Insights report every seven days. The Free plan remains available for local-only use.
Subscriptions and billing
Plus is available for £0.99 per month or £9.99 per year. Payment, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are handled through Apple. The subscription renews unless cancelled through the Apple account settings before renewal.
Automated insights disclaimer
AI Insights are generated by an automated system and are non-deterministic. Reports may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or inappropriate for a particular situation. A report may change when the same information is analysed again.
- AI Insights are provided for reflection and record review only.
- They are not a diagnosis, medical advice, safeguarding advice, or professional assessment.
- They do not establish that a trigger, cause, condition, or relationship exists.
- Do not rely on a report for urgent, medical, educational, or safety-critical decisions.
- You are responsible for checking reports and deciding whether to seek advice from a qualified professional.
Sharing and backup
Sharing and backup are optional. You choose which device or trusted adult to pair. The service is not a guarantee against data loss, service interruption, device loss, revoked access, or an expired subscription. Keep a local or encrypted exported backup for important records.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, protecting your device and pairing codes, checking reports before acting on them, and using NeuroDiary lawfully and appropriately when recording information about children.
